• By accessing and using the Loqui Listening application you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service:

• Loqui Listening provides a platform for Users to connect with listeners for emotional support. The App is intended for providing supportive listening and is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy.
• Loqui Listening provides a service to connect people who wish to give and receive emotional support.

3. User Conduct:

• Users must use the App responsibly and respectfully.
• Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: harassment, abuse, discrimination, illegal activities, and sharing of confidential information outside of the App.
• Users agree not to record or distribute any conversations held within the application.
• Users understand that the listeners are not professional therapists, and that the service provided is for emotional support only.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy:

• All conversations within the App are intended to be confidential.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• Loqui Listening does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Loqui Listening does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Loqui Listening shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All content and technology within the App are the property of Loqui Listening.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without permission.

8. Changes to Terms:

• Loqui Listening reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the app after changes are implemented, signifies user agreement to those changed terms.

9. Termination:

• Loqui Listening may terminate a User's access to the App for violation of these Terms.
