Happy Thanksgiving everyone, we are incredibly Grateful. This time last year we were designing, developing and testing our app Loqui Listening. We knew there was an incredible need for Human to Human Connection. We live in such a connected world but Millions of people feel loneliness, and we were driven by the vision that no one should have to deal with life’s challenges on their own. Today, just one year later, we are proud to be connecting talkers with empathetic listeners in a safe, confidential space, having already logged over 37,000 minutes listened inside our application between our almost 500 users.
We are profoundly grateful for our incredible community of 100+ Active Listeners. Without our listeners giving of their time to go “online” there would be no application. This platform, and the essential service it provides, simply would not exist without the commitment of our amazing empathetic Listeners who offer the Human to Human connection on a daily basis. They are the compassionate, non-judgmental ears that keep our application Loqui alive, often logging on during off-hours to hold space for someone who desperately needs to talk. Thank you for your empathy, your dedication, and your willingness to consistently show up for strangers. Your choice to offer that supportive presence is what makes the difference between someone dealing with their feelings alone and someone finding connection and relief, and we are deeply appreciative of the high-quality, human-to-human connection you provide each and every single day.
